VIRTUAL TEST DRIVE

We want to accommodate your busy schedule and eliminate setting in a sales office for a day!

We now offer a fully virtual experience to schedule a ‘virtual test drive’ on any vehicle. You will set a time for a virtual appointment. You will receive a text and email with a link to a Virtual meeting room with a live SmartCar Motors LLC consultant–no app downloads needed. The consultant will start the appointment in a ‘Facetime™️’ or ‘Zoom™️’ style setting where they will identify your needs and confirm vehicle of interest. We are not talking numbers yet. They are just information experts on vehicles! We email/text a Carfax to review as we move to the next step. Once outside, the consultant will take you along with them to the vehicle where you will have a 1st person point of view as you walk up to your new ride. They start with a live walk-around; pointing out any blemishes or imperfections just as if they are shopping for themselves. Our consultants are salary so no need for the sales pressure. They pop the hood, start the vehicle and let you hear how it sounds. Feel free to ask questions! Afterwards, we strap you in the passenger seat with volume all the way up; but not the radio. We want you to listen for road noises, creaks, squeaks, etc. Again, feel free to ask questions!

Once we are back, you will be scheduled for a call with our Finance and Insurance department to go over vehicle protection options and insurance needs. Once we have the numbers worked out on a payment that fits your budget, we prepare the vehicle for curbside delivery(Everything is ready to go.) or discuss delivery options for an additional fee. *Delivery fees are non-refundable. We have a flat rate based on mileage range for return pickup. We don’t upcharge you. We just have to to keep our equipment running and our drivers on the road.
